In my fashion history class, we were tasked to research mens & womens fashion of the 1960s-1980s. Along with that, we also had to pick a designer of each of those eras to highlight.

I found multiple resources to help me with the research aspect and helped me to come up with how to word what exactly I want to say onto the slides. I also found images that showcased the vibes and overall fashion of the era, images that would strike the attention of the viewer and that highlighted my research. Overall, the process wasn’t as intense as some of my other projects but I do believe this project was one of my favorites.
outcome
From this assignment, I learned about different eras of fashion that I previously didn’t know a lot about. I learned about designers in those eras and how they shaped fashion of the time. This project was fun to work on and I learned how important fashion history is to learn about as a fashion professional.
